During the Lisp Game Jam, some lovely Ubuntu folks told me about some challenges they had with my build files and install instructions. These were all errors on my side and I've tried to amend them where possible. Eiko 1.0.1 ships with an updated configure.ac, README.md and pre-inst-env.in. There have been no changes to the actual code, so there's no reason to download this if you're already able to enjoy 1.0.0. I did hide the older version to prevent people from downloading something with incomplete instructions, but I'll be happy to unhide them if there is a request to do so.
